Portable RC Crawler Course

Kansas City Remote Crawlers

www.facebook.com/kcreomtecrawlers

This portable remote control rock crawling course is still under construction, but here are some photos of how it’s looking so far. After several years of gathering large amounts of dock foam, we finally found enough so we could start our crawler course.

Built on a small trailer frame, with the foam blocks adhered to the wooden trailer base and side ramps with Hot Wire Foam Factory’s StyroGoo glue.

Once we had the base foam down, we started building up the height by gluing the foam together with Hot Wire Foam Factory’s other glue, Foam Fusion.

Just about the time we got rocking on the building and carving with Hot Wire tools, the weather changed on us and this being an outside project, we were forced to stop for the year. With spring on its way, we’ll be able to start again and share our progress as we finish this up. We are excited to share our project with everyone out there. Thank you to HWFF for all your great help so far!
