Part 2: Finishing the Neighborhood
For the streets, Miriam printed out and laid down some cobblestone road patterns along with some curbs for added detail.
Next, she added a fake grass base for the village houses to sit on.
Using the her sidewalk and curb pieces, she positioned and glued down the streetlights, then ran the cords under the fake grass and out the back side of the display. Afterwards, she pinned the cords down and covered it all with moss mat.
With the grass, roads, and sidewalks in place, Miriam finished off the neighborhood by decorating the houses.
