Are your glues safe for foam?
All of our glues have been formulated specifically to be safe to use with EPS and XPS foam, meaning they won’t dissolve the foam overtime like other adhesives.
Why did you discontinue your spray glue?
Unfortunately, the spray glue we used to offer is no longer being made, so we had to discontinue it. We haven’t found another spray glue that’s 100% safe for foam to offer as an alternative.
Can your glues be used with other materials?
Foam Fusion can be used with most porous materials like paper, wood, and cardboard.
StyroGoo is like foam safe super glue and will stick to almost any material.
FoamFast has a stronger bond than StyroGoo, but doesn’t stick to polyethylene or polypropylene foam. Works great with contruction materials like wood, metal, drywall, and more.
Can you cut through your glues with Hot Wire tools?
All of our glues can be cut through with our tools, though FoamFast will slow down the cut a bit.
Are your glues safe for children?
Foam Fusion is nontoxic and safe for children. StyroGoo can be toxic and is not recommended for children. While FoamFast is nontoxic, we still don’t recommend letting children use it because it can stick to their skin.
How long do your glues take to cure?
Foam Fusion takes about 1 hour to set and 12-24 hours to fully cure.
StyroGoo tacks instantly, sets in about 30 minutes, and fully cures after 12 hours.
FoamFast grabs instantly and cures after 8-12 hours.
Which of your glues creates the strongest bond?
When gluing EPS and/or XPS foam together, Foam Fusion creates the strongest bond. FoamFast is generally stronger than StyroGoo, but StyroGoo works with more materials like polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) foam.
Which glue is best for construction and home renovation work?
FoamFast will have the best bond with typical construction materials like metal, wood, and drywall. Plus, it can be used with a caulk gun for easy application over large surfaces.
Foam Fusion creates the strongest foam-on-foam bond and is ideal if gluing foam insulation pieces together.
I’m making a foam sculpture/statue/prop and need to glue multiple layers of foam together. Which glue should I use?
Foam Fusion will give the strongest foam-on-foam bond, so it’ll be your best option when gluing together multiple layers.
I’m making a diorama/village display/model train layout/tabletop gaming board and need to glue lots of different materials together. What’s a good general purpose glue?
StyroGoo can glue just about anything together with a very strong bond. For scale modeling projects where you need to glue together foam, plastic set pieces, wood and metal elements, and more, StyroGoo will be your best bet.
I need to make flexible joints for model RC airplanes, which glue works best?
StyroGoo is great for gluing foamboard joints together as it’s quick drying, lightweight, and flexible. While the glue is curing, periodically bend the joint lightly so that it dries with greater flexibility.
I’m making sets for a theater production/concert/ceremony. Which glue should I choose?
FoamFast is a great choice when designing large set pieces, especially if they need to be glue to a wooden frame. It’ll work with most construction materials and dry fairly quickly.
If you need a stronger foam-on-foam bond and are okay with a longer curing time, Foam Fusion will work best. Foam Fusion also bonds to wood very well.

And many other porous materials!
What is Foam Fusion?
The ultimate foam glue for EPS and XPS! It permeates the foam and bonds around its cells. Other glues containing solvents will dissolve foam over time, but our formula is nontoxic and solvent-free. Our glue is not affected by heat or cold as with glue guns, and it does not expand.
It works with most rigid foams including polystyrene foams, like Styrofoam, white beaded EPS foam, and XPS foams (blue and pink board). Foam Fusion bonds foam to almost any porous surface and is easy to apply – simply brush or squeegee on. Apply a very thin layer on each side – it goes a long way.
