Artist Micki LeMieux is presenting “Calm Before the Storm,” an outdoor installation on the grounds of the Evanston Art Center.
… Says LeMiuex, “This installation is a playful reminder that wholeness is a collection of many parts. The anthropomorphic sense of these forms is entwined from within the apparent design of nature, in which everything is connected and has purpose.”
… The playful nature of the exhibit is expected to please both adults and children.
The forms were shaped from EPS foam then coated with epoxy. The Evanston Art Center is in Chicago, Illinois.
