Foam Cosplay Armor

I’d love to share photos, your products made it all possible! I made the Kyoshi warrior armor out of foam and also Jesse McCree’s body armor and robot arm. We were a big hit at Emerald City Comic Con, so thanks!
I used 10mm EVA foam for most of the pieces, many of the added layers were done in thinner 4mm-6mm foam. After gluing all the pieces together with Barges Cement, I used Bounce mixed with a small amount of the All Purpose Foam Coat and applied it to seal the foam. They worked amazingly well and made it possible for me to spray paint the pieces which was wonderful! Much easier then I had expected that part to be. The robotic arm was a combination of foam and Worbla and an old orange juice bottle. I used Bounce on that too! The photos below are from the Kyoshi armor build.
