Green Animatronic Monster
John Merk
Here, we have another incredible and massive 13ft tall animatronic creature by John Merk. His movements are controlled via computer and all components are installed inside the creature.
His body is made of rigid EPS foam.
The foam was channeled out to fit onto the steel framing with Hot Wire Foam Factory’s Industrial 10″ Hot Knife with the Sled Guide.
The creature was custom sculpted, heat treated to a hard shell, then had latex added to the finish. He can be kept outside all year in any weather.
This creature was made for the Lost Railroad Scary Train attraction in Williston, Florida.
