O-Scale Dioramas

Gene Austin is a retired printer who started making dioramas for one of his friend’s train sets from his childhood.  Gene’s friend, Joe DiMaggio (cousin to the one-and-only) bought him his first 4-Inch Hot Wire Foam Factory Hot Knife and he took off from there. He loves to create scenery and uses his photography skills to take excellent photos of his work. He’s made over 100 dioramas and has even had his work featured in a train museum.
