Part 3: Wings, Nacelles, & Sanding
Up next were the wings and engine nacelles. They were cut out in sections on the CNC, then given a quick test fit.
To properly fit them together and add support, they made some more foam spars.

Next up, it was time to smooth everything out. They sanded the fuselage to get rid of all the rough edges.
From there, they fiberglassed the spars and glued the wings together.

They laser cut hub boxes for the wing spars to attach to from inside the fuselage and used the Bow Cutter to cut the slots for them to fit into.
After the test fit, they glued the spar boxes in, test fit the wings, and finally, glued the wings to the spars.
