Millie’s Hallmark IT Halloween Display

This Halloween display was put together by Stephen Pepin for Millie’s Hallmark to show off new Department 56 pieces, including items from the new Stephen King’s IT set.
The display was built in sections with large foam sheets. Stephen used our Hot Knives to cut out the rough shapes of the foam, then the Freehand Router to carve out and refine the shapes into rocky mountain forms.
A tip from Stephen as far as cords go is to run extension cords directly underneath each house so you can easily plug them in without having to route all the cords through the display.
The display was designed to have lots of elevation so each piece on it can be clearly seen.
He designed the corner feature to have a plexiglass window with a removable top so the spooky feature behind it can be changed out every now and again.
