Part 1: Cutting Out the Pieces

They started out by taking the tubes down and making all the necessary measurements. From there, they drew up the plans for the build.

With the plans made, they started cutting all the parts out of a large EPS foam block using the XL CNC Machine.

‍

From there, they glued the pieces together and refined the shapes.
